L.I To learn how to make Mapo pork and eggplant.
This week for tech the year 7's made Mapo pork and eggplant, The Mapo pork and eggplant was really tasty as I could taste the beef mixed into the rice. I really loved cutting the onion into pieces and put it into the pan. I also loved mixing the beef into the onion.
What a great asset to the kitchen you are Afa, not many people like chopping onions. I'm really glad you enjoy food technology. What has been your favourite thing to cook so far?
